I designed this Apple Watch landing page as a student early on at A-B Tech to demonstrate and improve my understanding of branding and web design principles. The goal of the landing page was to increase sales of the Apple Watch through stylish branding and effective use of marketing language, which were adapted in part from existing Apple Watch marketing and other materials.
The design began by sketching it on paper, allowing me to plan for the page’s content and layout without worrying about design. I took the sketches, and the feedback I got on them, and created grayscale wireframes to plan the precise placement of elements on the page and their hierarchy. Finally, I created three versions of the page, one in Elementor, Beaver Builder and Divi, adding progressively more complex features with each iteration.
